結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：
1、儀器結(jié)構(gòu)新穎，節(jié)約空間。整機(jī)只用一只機(jī)械閥門，操作簡(jiǎn)單，外觀整潔。
2、電位計(jì)校正裝置與整機(jī)一體化，方便可靠實(shí)用。
3、采用英國進(jìn)口溫度控制器實(shí)現(xiàn)溫度、壓力自動(dòng)控制及稠度測(cè)量，控溫精準(zhǔn)。報(bào)警系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)稠度上限、壓力上限、溫度超限自動(dòng)報(bào)警，自動(dòng)停機(jī)。
4、多種記錄方式：①采用英國進(jìn)口三筆記錄儀。記錄溫度、壓力、稠度。②電腦采集數(shù)據(jù)，通過軟件記錄溫度、壓力、稠度，實(shí)現(xiàn)曲線、數(shù)據(jù)處理功能。
5、采用原裝進(jìn)口高壓釋放閥、意大利原裝進(jìn)口壓力傳感器、高壓管線、氣液泵、高壓表、三通、四通、爆破片，臺(tái)灣產(chǎn)減速電機(jī)。
STRUCTURAL FEATURES
1.Overall structure of instrument novel design, and save space. Machine only adopting a mechanical valve, simple operation, neat in appearance.
2. Potentiometer correction device and integrated, convenient and practical.
3.Temperature , pressure and consistency are automatically controlled by temperature controller(made in UK), the temperature can be accurately controlled. When consistency, pressure or temperature reaches alarm set point , alarm system will automatically working and shutdown the test.
4.Multiple record modes: ① United Kingdom three recorders which can Record temperature, pressure and consistency.② Temperature, pressure, consistency, curve, data processing functions can be record by software which recorded in computer.
5. Equipped high pressure release pump (made in UK), pressure senor (made in Italy), high pressure pipeline, gas-liquid pump, high pressure gauge,3-way and 4-way joint, busting discs, reducing motor(made in Taiwan).
